Entries and Copyright

1. All the entries and relevant materials submitted to the committee will not be returned;
2. All the entries (works and papers) must be originally produced by the entrant in person or the team itself. Should plagiarism, intellectual property rights or copyrights disputes happen, the committee will disqualify the entrant or team, and the entrant or team must take the consequences. In no event shall the committee be liable for controversies arising from the entries. The judges have the absolute authority of the entries. The committee is entitled to refuse to receiving any entry which encroaches on the cultures, ethnics and dignities of any country. In addition, the committee is entitled to exhibit, publish, promote and collect the entries;
3. The committee provides each entry with the copyright protection for free based on the Internet block-chain technology;
4. The committee reserves the right of final interpretation of this competition.
